We’ve got a new addition to the trophy case – Brand New School has been awarded a Bronze Cube by The Art Directors Club in the Ambient/Experimental Advertising – Large Scale category for the Oreo Times Square digital billboard, produced in conjunction with The Martin Agency. Brand New School has named long-time in-house contributor Robert Bisi as creative director/director. Since starting at Brand New School as a freelancer in 2005, Bisi has steadily evolved from designer and 3D generalist to art director and live-action director.
Brand New School was top of the class in the design category at the AICP Show, taking home the trophy for “Only The Brave.” The show, held at the Museum of Modern Art in New York, honors the best in commercial advertising. The OTB spot, created in collaboration with Antidote and Diesel, was one of two pieces honored for excellence in design. All of this years winners will be held forever in the MoMA archives.
