Imperfection can be hard to scale.

This summer, Indeed arrived in Times Square leaving almost the whole canvas white. In a place where every inch competes for attention, the loudest move was leaving most of it empty.

And in a job market increasingly dominated by machines, making room for people felt just as radical. The new Indeed puts people back at the center, embracing a distinctly human touch and flipping the job hunt on its head: people need jobs became jobs need people.

Brand New School's answer was a system, not a look. More than a campaign style, it's a language Indeed can keep speaking long after any single idea has run its course. Every drawing is made and animated by hand, down to a typeface built from creative director Jeff Bryson's handwriting.

A deliberately imperfect drawing is easy to make once. BNS made imperfection Indeed's signature, one that could hold everywhere the brand shows up without sliding too far into polish or mess.

In a category racing to automate, Indeed's new world has fingerprints all over it. See the new Indeed out in the world.
