Next, we developed concepts that would activate this messaging. Snap has tremendous street credibility in innovation among the creator community. The notion of the "Community" became our guiding principle in the visual approach to event design. We worked with members of the Snap Lens community and incorporated their Lens work into our design, bringing this idea to life.
The result is a vast eclectic mixed-media design with an inclusive and celebratory flavor. Inspired by trading cards, we introduced the "Snap Card" design element to feature creator-made assets while maintaining the Snap branding.
Our team of creative directors, designers, live-action directors, animators, programmers, and producers collaborated to create a massively scalable system. This included a live-action shoot of the presentation, set design, editing, motion graphics, CRM marketing materials, and website design and development. Additionally, we generated tactical ideas to drive pre and post-event engagement.
